What is the best methodology?
- Mason/concrete facade substrates can withstand medium to higher pressure, but in some instances soft washing is recommended.
- EIFS, stucco, alucobond panel, aluminum/vinyl siding and other compounds are fragile and require soft washing (low pressure).
- Our advanced equipment allows us to work 30’-40’ from the ground in most situations, increasing production and job safety.
- Lift booms can be used to access buildings that are taller or more restrictive.

- Commercial structures typically have foot and vehicle traffic. It’s best to schedule service when this activity is at a minimum for safety and ease of operations.
