What is the best methodology?

Two primary methods are used – soft washing and pressure washing.
Soft washing utilizes low pressure and special solutions; the pressure washer rinses and flushes away the buildup.
A solution is specifically applied based on what we’re cleaning, starting at a lower pressure and gradually increase the strength of the spray to achieve a clean surface without damage.
When completed, a professional grade sealer can be applied with a non-slip additive in high gloss or matte finish.

How often should concrete be cleaned?

Routine cleaning of concrete or cement is essential for protection from premature wear, staining and damage from environmental buildup.
